Arc is a no-code platform for building AI-powered custom procurement software for enterprises.
Arc enables enterprises to design custom procurement workflows to handle free-text requisitions end-to-end—from configuration to execution and analysis. Users start by defining master data types and their attributes, then create document/transaction types with associated data structures and executable functions. These building blocks are assembled into process types with defined steps and editable documents, which can be published and run in an execution environment.
During execution, users can submit free-text requests (e.g., from emails), assign initial values, and progress the workflow through guided next steps. Arc’s co-pilot provides contextual assistance by understanding both the process definition and the current stage, recommending the appropriate action to move the request forward (such as parsing and applying “parts free text”). Finally, Arc provides event-based visibility to compare actual process behavior against the designed workflow, helping teams analyze performance and continuously improve their process.
